Hissing Noise When Starting 2007 V6

Hey everyone, I have a 2007 V6 Mustang with about 80,000 miles on it. I get a weird hissing noise that sounds like it is coming from the instrument panel when I start it. The information window (trip meter, odometer, etc) is usually off, but since the noise started it alwasy comes up on the trip meter window. I've seen one similar post and they referred to cold weather...I live in Southwest Florida and it is garage kept so cold weather should not be contributing. Recently, the dash lights delay when starting now too. Seems to be worsening. Any help is appreciated. Thank much!
