40th Anniv How many Competition Orange Mustangs were made?

yeah i know that the real 40th comes in those colors, i was just wondering how many GTs were made in the Orange.

actually competition orange "clearcoat" was only offerred in 2004 in all models; competition orange without it was a separate order..only for cobras,i believe..I own a 2004 3.9LTR with a pony package,I'm wondering how rare mine is myself; 3.8 was standard, but the late model mustangs got the 3.9...

Ford went to the 3.9L on 10/7/03.

I have one . I order the badge for inside and the stripe down the side so now it's the best of bought worlds.

what badge are you talking about in the inside?

With the amount of time (several hours) involved and the apparent lack of interest...sorry. No replies for six months? Maybe sometime in the future I'll sort things out.

I know it was a long time ago I asked but have you ever seen or gotten any more production numbers on the Competition Orange GT converts? I am still documenting.
