How much should I pay for these Ported Heads?

Stock 5L heads
-Just rebuilt with 3 angle valve job by RMP (local shop)
-Extensive port job
-Trick Flow springs from Twisted Wedge heads
-Converted to Stud Mount style Rockers

Claimed 0.5 second drop on a stock 5L in the 1/4.

He's asking $600 Canadian.

I'd probably get some Energizer rocker arms (~$220) and some decent pushrods(~$80).

This seems a little high to me. What is a fair price?
