Need Help On Fuel Pump Set Up

I added a 70mm turbo on my 4.6 sohc and changed the dtock injectors to 47 lb. and a 340 pump...Since the install ive had issues with intermittent misses at idle and during driving, it will miss like crazy then clear up. It will also bust out in the top end like its starving for fuel.. ive changed spark plugs, coil packs, cleaned gas tank, and replaced filter. Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Im wondering if something wrong with the pump, or if i need to run a dual pump set up like the gt 500...

What model year car are we dealing with?

What fuel system are we dealing with (return or return-less)?

What is the fuel pressure at idle and when it appears to be "starving" for fuel?

What have you done regarding MAF calibration? IE, how do you know that the MAF isn't topping out?
 
Way too much missing information here.
I assume the engine was tuned to account for the changes to the engine? Was this a true dyno tune or just a canned tune?
I would start by datalogging what's going on. Specifically, I would want to see spark timing, air fuel ratio and fuel pressure. All of your issues could be in the tune.
