Need help with these wheels

I bought a set of wheels from a garage sale for my 2000 V6 Mustang. They are brand new never mounted and I thought they were Cobra wheels. The problem is these are 17x7 no 17x8 so I'm not sure what they are. I didn't know if the Convertibles maybe came with a 7" wide wheel ? Any help I can get would be much appreciated. These are Ford wheels and if anyone can identify them that would be great.

Is that 7" measured inside the bead, or outside? I'm guessing they're probably a set of 1998 Cobra wheels, but they were 17x8, which is why I asked about where they were measured. They'll look good on the 2000 either way!

I haven't measured them, they are just stamped 17x7 on the wheel.
