Howdy - I'm an old Mustang-head, but new to this forum. I've owned four Mustangs over the years, that were all new of the dealership floor. A 1983 Mustang GL, with the six-cylinder; a 1992 LX with the 5.0; and a 1993 GT that was beefed up by the dealer. Right now, I'm driving a 1990 LX convertible that was a one owner car. It was purchased brand new, by a NASA engineer who drove it 2,500-3,000 miles a year during the summers in Maryland. It's very stock and will stay that way, because that's what makes it rare.
