Please Help! Brake, Reverse And Blinkers Stay On!!

1994 GT convertible. Had it sitting for a few months in the carport, now the brake lights and reverse lights stay on while driving and when turned off, and the blinkers flash even after the key is removed. I've disconnected the battery and checked fuse box. Not too much moisture on the inside like I've read in other models (tho I am stationed in Washington) any help would be great. I'm moving soon and am trying to give it to one of my soldiers. Thanks!
