Please Help Converting Black Dash Into 88 Gt

hello everyone I recently swapped an 1990 black dash into my 1988 gt. The old climate control will not fit into the new dash it has different mounting holes. What is the best solution for this can I put a 1990-1993 climate control in and will it plug in without any modification? Thanks for anyone who can help me out with this. Fred

Iirc everything was plug and play with the harness. Only issue was the fuse panel on the driver side doesn't exactly fit,but it's not something that can't be made to work. Short answer, yes, the 90-93 hvac panel will work.
