ok so ive been trying t figure out this code and have checked about everything I can think of. well ive known for a while the passengers side coil pack is messed up but id just wiggle the wire and it would run good again. so the coil pack finally went out yesterday but is there anyway that a messed up coil pack could cause the PITA p0174 code?
things ive checked:
vaccum leaks(smoke test with cigarette)
injectors
fuel filter
air filter (completely cleaned no oil)
MAF sensor
flipped front o2 sensors(to see if id get a p0171 code bank 1 lean)
ive read all the rear o2 sensors don't do anything except say if cat is bad so I haven't messed with them. correct me if im wrong. im running an x-pipe if that makes a difference
