Replacing Driver's Side Shock Tower

Well, the shock tower on the driver's side had been welded by someone previous to me getting my '66 fastback. The repair was not done too well and cracked sometime thereafter. At least the car is a roller right now so I brought the trailer to the garage and rolled the Mustang into it. Tack welded some braces in place, put the chassis on stands and supported the radiator core support. Took prodigious measurements then got after the spot welds...broke out the sawsall and trimmed away the major pieces so that I could easily get to the spot welds with my seam buster tool. That thing is awesome.

Here's the rest of the pics. Shock tower has been replaced. I've also added in the Trans Am bracing to aid with any oil canning issues of the shock towers Next I added a pic of a fish plate repair on the frame. It had previously had some small bar stock repair on the frame but I went bigger and it looks cleaner too.
