Seatback Lever Issues

Does anyone else seem to have issues with the seatback lever? When i pull it it makes an awful gritty sound and has now stopped folding the seat up. Im kinda dissappointed just bought the car new in august. Could this be an easy fix? Other than this small issue im loving her shes beautiful.

No issue so far bought mine in August also...definitely hit the dealer up on it.
