Steering Wheel ?

I have a factory woodgrain steering wheel, there is no horn button? Im reading theirs 3 hole, 5/6 hole. Looking at the steering wheel it looks like there is only two holes to bolt up to. I bought a horn button but didn't mount up to anything. Do i need to buy a kit? recommendations where to buy? Thanks

If this is the wheel you have ,the Deluxe 65-67, there is quite a few pieces as you can see by the break down pic.
