Engine Trouble Codes

I have a 2006 Mustang GT, that I have been having some body/electrical work done. The work has taken close to 5 months to be performed. The body guy has been making short runs in the car, but usually only about 25-30 ft at a time. When he went to load the car onto a car hauler to deliver, it would not start. The trouble codes showing on the computer are "Mass Air Flow O2 Sensor Signal Stuck, Rich Bank", & "Cam Shaft Position Circuit Fault". The actual codes are, "P0340 & P2198. Can someone tell me what these codes are, can they be corrected and if so how? When trying to start the car, the engine turns over, sounds like it is getting fuel, but will not fire. Any help would appreciated.
In 2007-2008 I had a Saleen Supercharger Professionally installed, Air Raid Cold Air intake, & 90lb injectors, with no issues until now.
