Vacuum Leak At Throttle Spring?

Playing the vacuum leak chasing game. I'm assuming vacuum leaking around the spring under the TB is not normal. Anyone else have this issue? Would this affect my idle? Couldn't stall the engine at all with carb cleaner, but definitely had smoke coming from this area when I smoked the system.

Did spraying it with carb cleaner have any effect on the idle?

Surprisingly, it didn't. I sprayed it pretty good too. In doing some research on throttle shafts leaking (not just 5.0's), it sounds like this shouldn't be happening. Back to chasing the rabbit. I'll probably swap out TBs and see if any change.
