2004 Mustang v-6 3.8 this is my grandson's car it over heats and coolant fluid drips into passenger side floor only, when the AC is running. Any ideas of what the problem might be would be a great help I'm not able to do the work but he and his brother will do the work. Thanks for all help! :)

The heater core is bad. Coolant will circulate through it regardless if the a/c is on.
That's what I thought but, the thing is the radiator coolant level never drops. I was wondering, if it could be the condensation drainage which directs the condensation from the coil to underneath the car leaking since his floor board does not get wet unless the air is running? That's the only other thing I could think of. Thanks very much!

I agree on the drainage. I had a 94 GT with the same issue, dripping on the passenger's side. I bit of wire or even a drain snake will work wonders to clean out the body drip passages to solve that problem.
