It's called a counter-wight or "Dog Bone" and your best bet is the junk yard. You can probably get it for a couple of bucks.
On the other hand, you can also just remove it and see if you pick up any additional vibration that you don't like. All it does is dampen harmonics from the rear end.
Most folks don't notice a difference.
