Wiper Delay...not Working!

Swapped out the control module(turn signal,wiper control) and the wiper motor. Anyone have any ideas??

Did you happen to check your relays? The owners manual indicates there are 2 relays for the wipers. One for the Hi and Lo and one for the intermittent. See the page out of the manual below!

We have a winner!!! Big Shout out and thank you to TeamCaffineGT!!!! Relay swapped and delay works perfectly!! Now trouble shoot my driver window down and won't go up!! Rofl!!
