Wipers Door Chimes Dome Light Emer. Brake Warning Light

I just got this 01 gt. guess I forgot to ck if a few things worked. I have no wipers, dome light,, doors locks, key fob, doesnt work checked all fuses are good . prev owner had installed a pioneer stero could that be the prob if it wasnt installed correctly could it be a ground somewhere not grounded.

There's a ground behind the center console. This ground is shared by multiple devices including the Radio and GEM. This ground is frequently messed up during a radio install.

So what does the GEM control? How about the door locks, dome light, wipers, one touch windows.

checked the ground its ok a buddy of mine owns a garage says he can hook it up to his pc and maybe find out the problem
