It all plugs in I dont see any splices. The harness has a big plug that comes together and then goes into the engine harness through that. The only plug they changed I know of is the coil and removed some egr related parts.
The entire engine harness not just top is f150. Now I also found out rpm signal on foxbody is in the ecu pinout #59 and 59 for f150 is bank 2 injection... most likely have to do harnesses back to 92 fox.You say the harness was changed. If it was the ignition module has to be tied into the new harness.
Yes thats the issue i was talking about, the harness pins at the ECU do not match up.
Now that does not mean you need to change the entire harness out, you can move the pins around on the ecu plug. Its easy to do, just watch a few youtube vids before you begin.
1990 F150 Harness should be similar to Mustang with Spout by the Distributor ..this looks like a newer one..94+ ..but spout connector is pluged in.. its under the Ignition Module..
That top pinout is the one I was looking for have the bottom thanks for the help. I'll have to see how many changes and see if it is simple few or a big amount and make my decision .
this is your ecu pinout.
this is what the microsquirt thinks its pinned out as.
Now you can either swap harnesses or with a little bit of work looking at these two diagrams figure out what needs to be swapped.
I see maf on both of these, neither stock or this harness are maf will that make a difference? That top pinout is the one I was looking for have the bottom thanks for the help. I'll have to see how many changes and see if it is simple few or a big amount and make my decision .

From first glance they look pretty similar to me.
Not enough info on that one.....
Thank you forI am going to move this to a thread just for you, at this point its a hardware issue.
@Brandon5ohf150 this is where you will post for this project from this point forward make sure you watch this thread by hitting the watch button at the top right of the page.
The harness pinouts look similar from what i can find, you may need to do some continuity checking. The fact that with the stock ECU you had to use some kind of switch to make the injectors fire is a glaring issue.... can you please expand on this as it may be the actual problem. Do you know what this is tied into??
I got a composite log of it cranking using my setup they built. Would you like it? Would it help?
