Cleaned my 2003 GT's engine compartment

Over the weekend I did a deep-cleaning on my 2003 GT's engine compartment following most of the steps outlined by a video that ChrisFix did on his channel.

Here's my before shot:

What a difference. I didn't go whole-hog like in the video, but covered a majority of the steps. It's not 100% clean but it is a significant improvement and I am very happy with the outcome. It took 4 hours and was pretty exhausting work, but it was worth it to me.

As a follow up...2 months later, and the engine compartment is still looking as good as it did when I finished the cleaning. Now, granted, I probably haven't put a ton of mileage on it and it stays parked when it rains, so it probably doesn't see much opportunity for dirt to get up inside. I like that it's still looking so good.
