Hello, this is my new and 1st mustang I have ever owned in my life. Its a 95 5.0 gt 5 speed. dont know much about the cars. I am 27 years old I can get my way thru a lot of basic work. The car needs a new clutch witch will be here soon. Wonder where is the best place to find parts for the car. This car has what ive been told saleen wheels?? they go flat even after being broke down and cleaned as well as checked for leaks. I was told they are a headache wheel. Im looking for wheels and wondering what most people run as far as brand style and size. car came with a bbk cold air intake, has a hurst short throw and handle, i dont like the handle at all. The guy says it has a cam, not sure if it was the b303 or the e303. I dont know how i could tell. im looking to change out the black and brown interior i want to put new head lights and tail lights on the car, as far as tail lights i want to switch to lights without the bezel on them? Is there any issues with the 95 5.0 that i should look out for? Thanks again.

I would recommend LMR.com for parts. Use the forum discount found in the vendors forum to save 6%. They have tons of wheel/tire combinations. A 17"x9" wheel with 275s all the way around is a popular combination for your car.

For your shifter issue, pick up a Steeda Tri-ax handle. It should bolt right on the the Hurst base, and is much better.

Unfortunately your going to have to tear into the motor to figure out the cam answer.

The '95s were solid cars with nothing that stands out as things to watch out for.

LMR like mentioned and Steeda are good recommendations. I've run full Steeda suspension on my previous 94 and now with the new 94 project car I'll be again going with them.

That's an odd tire size, low profile and not so wide.

The Ford alphabet cams are not really good for our 94-95 cars. The 94-95 ECC likes a split duration cam with high LSA 113-116 (better idle).

I'll link you to my project car for ideas. Lots of things to avoid like cheap suspensions parts. I made 12 YouTube episodes that may teach you how to install parts on this car.

Yea im not a fan of the wheel and tire choice thats already on this car, i will do a wheel and tire change once i have the new clutch installed.

next question is the coil bracket on my car is missing. its just tire tied there. Im not sure sure what its supposed to look like to find one online. If anyone has pictures they can share of it that would help me a lot, thank you.

Another place to get that coil bracket would be a 1991-1993 Thunderbird or Cougar. They used the same accessory bracket setup as the 1994-1995 5.0 Mustangs.
