Does anyone know if the BMR Premium K-member will fit with a Moroso 20511 7 quart oil pan on my 347.
I had to notch my stock K-member and now want to ditch it and replace it with the BMR K-member.
BMR does not have information on all aftermarket oil pan clearance issues.

I would lean towards it fitting fine. On my sn95 with a factory k member and that same pan I had to do a clearance cut in the k member, but my aftermarket one in the fox now clears by quite a ways.

That bmr k member is pretty beefy, but I’d hope they made it to clear what possibly is the most common aftermarket fox body oil pan.

Thanks for the reply, how much did you have to clearance your stock K-member on your SN ? That is the only reason why I am looking at a new K-member, I had to notch mine about 1/2" near the middle passenger side of the oil pan and wonder if its still ok. If so would rather put funds towards other needed parts. What are your thoughts.

I had to trim a similar amount out of mine. I wouldn’t worry about it in the slightest. They’re plenty beefy.

Aftermarket ones do make a lot of things easier. The bmr one looks nice and well built. Probably a good bit heavier than aftermarket ones I’ve used though.

Just about any deep oil pan like the Moroso one will fit with a tubular. Be aware that a deep oil pan will sit lower than the K-member making it the road debris fuse. I've had to hammer several dents out of my Moroso 7qt.
