    Lots of new numbers today

    I dynoed this morning before running the car, just to make sure everything was "safe". Baseline numbers were pig rich. With a few keystrokes of the PMS, I ended with an average air/fuel ratio of 12.7 naturally aspirated, and an average of 12.1 with the nitrous. Below are the dyno numbers as well...

    I used to run the C&L intake pipe on my car. It worked good, but the Morpheus pipe I replaced it with is much better. It's a shame that they aren't around anymore...

    That really sucks, because there's no reason for it, except greed... The price of "raw" steel hasn't hardly raised at all, so the final product has no reason (realistically), to be higher than it was... :notnice:

    Hmmmph...weird. I work for the U.S.'s largest steelmaker, and we aren't selling any more steel than we were 6 months ago... :confused: I do know that China, who is the largest exporter of ore, has quadrupled their price in the last 6 months. We do export a lot of steel to China however...

    Nope. The PMS can't do that. Don't know of anything (that a normal person has access to) that does that actually. You simply give Rick @ AFM your mods, and he gives you a start-up tune. You tweak it from there, and visit StangTuning.com to compare tunes and trade information with other PMS users...

    Actually, it was a stock blocked 306 that I built in my basement...lol... The only excuse I can offer is that the evening that dyno run was made, I had just made my first pass with the YS trim, and the car, even though it cracked over 500rwhp, was pretty lean. This was on a mobile dynojet...

    Are you saying the PMS is $1000, or the tune??? The PMS alone is only $858 :D It's the best money I've spent on my car in a while...I had a FordChip "tune" and the car was never right...An hour's worth of PMS tweaking and I fixed all the quirks they couldn't fix. It's arguably the easiest...

    No rumor. I had to send it back twice for "bug removal".... It works great, and Doug from EFI Systems was more than fair getting it back to me promptly...Mine's also ready for the InterACQ software already. ;)
