    as far as intake goes, if i hadent got myself an Ebay CAI a while ago i would look into doing this: Ram Air It says it fits the 96-04 GT... although i dont know the difference in the air intake of the GT and the V6... i would buy something like this and make it fit!

    think there is any particular reason? if i put a sub in my car (which i plan on doing very soon) i am getting a custom box... like this one here Mustang Box i have an amp already in line for it... an Alpine 2/1 Channel Amp... it may not be the optimum amp for the aplication, but it worked...
