    The hole in the exhaust is actually just in the heat shield around the header. You can take the hose off without fear of anything leaking. Just make sure you plug the small rubber vacuum lines going into the top of the air box.

    I once spent 30mins looking for the Tilt switch. My girlfriend found it like a week later. Funny thing is, I can't remember where it is anymore and if I recall, the reason I couldn't find it was because of some optical illusion of some sort :( :banana: :banana:

    2 options: -Leave the pipe off but leave the wiring harness and vacum line plugged. Will let a little extra air into the throtal body but doesn't seem to cause any problems. -Unbolt the EGR, remove wiring harness, plug the vacum line with a screw and make a small sheet-metal plate to cover...

    If I do NOT cut and roatate the Intake

    Ooops, me = dumb. FMIC = Front mount intercooler. The only purpose to rotating the upper is to reduce the amount of work you have to do in fabricating the IC - Intake pipe. You shouldn't have any problems running with the stock hood.
