    The "new"? automatic transmission

    Does anyone know if it's been used by ford before? If so, is it any good? Will it be a nice step up from the auto in the current line of stangs? If it hasn't been used, have you read anything that you can tell whether or not it'll be a good tranny?

    Do you think the exhaust companies (like Borla) are going to get access to the undercarriage of the new stang ahead of time, to get their stuff in line for the launch month? If not, how long do you think it'll be before aftermarket goodies like that start popping up?

    Why no 6 speed love?

    Does anyone know why the mustang doesn't get any 6 speed love? The current GT doesn't have it, and from what I've read the 05 model won't have it either... Is there a paticular reason why you *have* to buy a SVT stang to get a 6 speed? Just curious...
