    I agree, from driving the GTO I wouldn't say it is that much of a muscle car, although it does have a nice cam lope at idle. I consider it more of a refined sports coupe.

    I believe C&D or MT did a comparison of the GTO to Merc already. The point was that for 2 GTO's you could have the Merc, but the GTO was so amazingly close to the Merc's performance and comfort that they would have gotten the GTO.

    To be fair I am sure someone in an 05 GT will run 13.5, fact is a better driver gets better times, which is why we have GTO's in the 13.2's stock. An average driver for the GT and GTO is getting 13.8-14.1. So what does this tell me? It tells me that the GTO, GT, and Mach 1 are all a drivers...
