What are the gear ratios for the T5?

noone makes an input shaft with a 2.95 first gear for 94/95's---they all are for foxes so if you want a 2.95 you have to buy the fox stuff or get a T56/TKO. http://www.ddperformance.com/

Solving the tucked rear wheels permanently

no problem. i solved my problem the easy way. i just run a single 3" exhaust off my turbo :D it took me a couple pipes, but i had a bbk x-pipe that i modded to fit pretty decently. summit h-pipe was marginal, and the mac 3pc x was a no go.

    More Dyno Disappointment

have you done a compression test yet? did you assemble the bottom end? you def need a bigger cam---although yours is not small. it seems small to us cuz we are used to roller cam numbers, but solid flat cams do just fine with those numbers.

Solving the tucked rear wheels permanently

you gonna build it up before you put it in? i came real close to buying one a month ago, but the price to make it handle any better than my current setup was just too much $$$$ to only really gain a better ride.

    Nitrogen-Filled tires for street?

back in my aircraft days we used liq nitr converters to fill up tires. they would still leak if they sat out on the flightline/hangar for a while. but yeah, bmw thinks its a total waste on a regular car.

    smog delete pulley grinding

you don't need a delete pulley, just makes it easier to get the right belt. you can always gut your smog pump and put it back on. its been a while since i did mine, but you can take off the back, remove the veins, press something off(cant remember) then put it back together. worked like a...

    Street heat vs Track heat

i went to a track heat from a cobra intake with afr, tfs1 cam, and lost about 30 rwtq at 2500 rpm. torque never caught back up, but it did make peak hp at 6k vs 5400 with my cobra. since then i swapped the track heat upper for a street heat upper, but i have no n/a results to give you. me...

    Trick Flow heads question....

do you remember removing that big crossover tube on the back of your stock heads? that tube attaches to the AIR(smog) pump and injects air into the exhaust(via passages in the head) to heat the cats up faster for emmissions reasons. therefore if you do not cap those off the exhaust will come...

    Trick Flow heads question....

:stupid: the holes are for the A.I.R. system and the reason they are on both the front and the back is because heads are interchangeable. if you do not plug the holes it will leak exhaust---very badly. i use bmw spark plugs to cap the holes in the rear--i break the ceramic off of...
