    the prestone kit is only like $5 dude! As far as jaming a hose in the top.. as long as the hose is not a high pressure hose froma a steam cleaner or such, the average garden hose line should be fine and not hurt anything. The radiator system actually sees a good deal of pressure anyways...

    you got ground and +12v going to the blower? if that is so it should be turning. If that is so. then check to make sure something isnt jaming the blower (something stuck in it).
