I saw that, but it was the only thing that looked like it might be aftermarket, and it, from what I can read says power throttle bodies. Thought maybe it came as an assembly. Yes a diagram will b most useful, hopefully I can check on his work and he didn't mess it up too bad

The intake looks to be the EGR type, doesn't look to have the gap in the runners, and a "custom" block off plate.

In reading it looks like there are several ecu's depending on year, and I was under the impression they were matched to the MAF sensor by year as well. At this point I'm kind of in grocery list mode to see what I need to get it running right. Yes, the fuel pump runs, car drives, other then...

Here are some better pictures of the various splices and disconnected fittings. It looks as though the mass air has been wired in. And I'm wondering if the PO had wired everything to work with the old computer. I seem to remember reading how it could be done when researching the mass air...

It does have O2 sensors, we had the car on a lift before I bought it. There also looked to be a few connectors I thought we're O2 sensors under the car on the drivers side that weren't connected to anything, but I found the o2's and they were connected, maybe a speed sensor or backup light? It...

I'll have to see what all is still under the car. If it's a transplant, explorers have WAY more power then it needs, this car gets sideways at 1/2 throttle in second gear no problem, assuming of course it doesn't starve for fuel and stumble. Lol
