    I Just looked, and (of course) Nothing there. This the weirdest car i have EVER seen. Its like some people played a game of lets change or rip something out, and see if you can fix or find it, and NO ONE, ever won a round, but continued to play for months :(

    Open the Glove Compartment, then push in and open the door ALL the way. There is a vacuum can in there too.

    replaced blown fuse. lights and radio still not working

    Did you do anything when the fuse blew? It sounds like a bad ground that you may have pulled loose. Those 3 things shouldnt be related. If theres water getting into the dome light, it could have blown the bulb. Anything shroted from water would keep blowing fuses on you till its dry...
