bank 2 reading lean help me please???

In your case it sounds like you really do have a bad O2 sensor (driver's side, closest to the engine). The O2 sensor voltage is probably too low, and the PCM keeps dumping fuel on the driver's side to correct it. The net result would be you are running way too rich which will trash you mileage...

    Dynos in Colorado? Nebraska? Kansas?

You would probably be better off tuning it in Albuquerque because the altitude will be the same. Tuning at sea level is a completely different animal... :nice:

    Mustang won't start

The IAT is just a thermister. To test it, monitor the resistance while you hold the element and the resistance should change. I seriously doubt that is causing your problem. A bad vacuum leak or problem with the IAC is possible as is water in your gas. Good luck. :nice:

h and x pipes with cats question

They are legal in most states, but as previously mentioned not in California (glad I don't live there anymore...). My car passed the tail pipe test with no problems and they didn't give me any grief on the visual inspection either. :nice:

? software to modify ECM ?

Don't waste your time with EEC tuner - they won't even acknowledge that their product will work with the EEC-V. :nonono: I like the tweecer also, but they really don't change the PCM in the sense a reflash would. There is something coming out that is expected to change that, but I haven't...

    serch for tire...

I don't have any direct experience with them but the tread design looks good. If you go to http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Yokohama&tireModel=AVS+Sport&vehicleSearch=false&partnum=935YR8AVSS&fromCompare1=yes you can look at surveys filled out by people that have. Good luck... :nice:
