    Gear to fix speedo problems in PRE '99 stangs

    Did you do the cat-back, or just mufflers welded in?? I just called Magnaflow to see why the cobra package is $40 more than the GT package. He said it's because of the way the pipe bends for the independant rear suspension. Just sounds like a way for them to make more money to me. :shrug:

    Cool...thanks for the info. I have some 2 chamber Flowmasters on it now. I've used those on my past two GT's and was really happy so I put them on the cobra. They don't impress me NEARLY as much on this car.

    I was looking on Mustang Tuning for the Steeda blower pulley. I ordered the 3.10 because it said I don't need a chip or new belt with it. I read on here that several of you guys have the 2.81 pulley. When I went to Steeda's website, they said you have to get a chip regarless of which pulley...

    I just got my 2003 Cobra and I was talking to a guy at work (who knows a guy at a Ford dealer). They were saying that you can have your stock chip flashed by Diablo and that will get you up close to 500 hp. Is that true?? Does anyone know where I can get the chip flashed?? I'm in central...

    Disable stock '03 cobra shift light

    Does anyone know if there's a way to disable the shift light on the 2003 cobra?? I just picked it up on Saturday ( :nice: ) and that light is annoying.
