    Anyone using SLP loudmouths?

I was concerned about that too...I though it was a little pricey for just some pipes, even though they're stainless steel and have polished tips.... I really like the FRP axle-backs, but they're awfully pricey, the magnaflows save me about 60 bucks, but I was hoping to get into something a...

    Anyone using SLP loudmouths?

I heard a soundbite and they sound pretty good.... I don't expect exhaust systems to usually add any power, I'm more concerned with sound. Loud systems don't worry me, but is this system TOO loud? I'm also considering the magnaflow system which can be picked up for about 400 shipped. Is...

    Used GT prices are ridiculous....

Paid $21,900 for my '05. It's loaded as far as I can tell, MSRP'd for 30,215.... Seems to be average to low for my area.

    Gt Automatic times

Hope you folks don't mind me chiming in here, but I found an '05 GT-A that I'm rather interested in but I'd really like to know if it's worth looking for a manual or not. I don't plan on autocrossing this thing, maybe an occasional trip down the strip and overall cruising, but I want to be sure...

Can anyone tell me what good/bad I should know about this car? Thanks

    Mach 1 Mach or '05+

Excellent info gents, just what I was looking for! FWIW, the Mach won't need to haul a 10 year old in the back all the time. I have a pretty big 4 door for that, it's just for all the car shows and cruises I do ( I'm the co-director for a local SVTOA chapter ), it's not right to forego the wife...

    Mach 1 Mach or '05+

Well, truth is I almost bought a nice yellow one a year or so ago but passed on it. Now the chance has once again arisen and I'm still considering it. I do happen to like the looks of the '05. I think it's a better "clean slate" type of car and I'm more of a classic Mustang fan anyhow. That...

05+ vert owners....Need some honest opinions

Yes, agreed. V8 torque IS addictive, but I must say, so is the rush and sound of a turbocharger.... Mustangs are in my blood, I'll own another someday, just trying to convince myself whether or not the time is now. I may even hold off for an '03-'04 Cobra.....

05+ vert owners....Need some honest opinions

Thanks Pony. I appreciate your response! I turned down a Mach 1 in order to get the vastly better-handling Miata, and what worries me is I'll wind up in this Mustang feeling like I'm back in the stone ages again in terms of how it handles, though I do know the new car is a better handler than...

05+ vert owners....Need some honest opinions

Good day to all @:SNSign: !!! I'm very near a decision to join you group of owners, but I'd like to know the reality of your experiences with it. I'm looking at a black '05 GT with the premium leather ( red ) package, 5 speed manual. I think it has about 8,000 miles on it. Anyhow...

Here we go again---GTO vs. GT

Problem is, Tommy already has a Mustang that's modded to the hilt. It's faster than both of them, hands down. He's not comparing coupe to coupe, but coupe to convertible. He tells me this next car is going to be a weekend cruiser for him and his old lady, more of a driver than his...

Here we go again---GTO vs. GT

Tommy what you need to do is update your freakin' sig! I still say Mustang. Having two hardtop coupes ( three if you include the Thunderbird ) is rediculous. Go for the 'vert! BTW- I'm assuming you and Carter spoke?

Here we go again---GTO vs. GT

Well, No one's eluded to the fact that you already have a Mustang that'll smoke both of them, so if you want something different, the GTO would be the way to go. BUT....I for one, think that with the motor aside, the GTO can't compare at all with the Mustang. It's really pretty sad when...
