    Ticking sound in engine bay passenger side

    I have a 2002 Mustang V6 and it recently has a ticking sound on the passenger side when engine is running. Does not get worse when reved. Sounds louder under car on passenger side than top of engine. Oil/pressure is fine and no other parts look/sound bad. Could be in exhaust-flange or gasket...
