    I have the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's on my 2002 Stang and I love them. They handle very well in both dry and wet conditions and a lot better in the snow than the stock Goodyear Gaterbacks that came on it. I bought them at The Tire Rack. www.tirerack.com

    1) High flow catback system (Magnaflow), K&N air filter. Don't worry about a cold air induction system, the filter will do. 2) Short throw shifter, gears, 75mm Throttle Body.

    functional side scoops?

    The Saleen scoops are functional. They do not blow air on the rear brakes, but with the full Saleen body kit it makes the car more aerodynamic and cuts down on wind resistance. At least that is what Saleen says.
