    Just put the magnaflow axle back on my 05 and it sounds good, I have a couple of questions though. I had to use all the adjustment available to get it so the pipes would line up the same out the back and still not rattle on the frame up under the car. Magnaflow calls for 1/2 inch clearance...

    K&N Dissappointment

    While we are talking mileage, and I didnt check before the k&N so i wont know before and after, is anyone getting 27mpg! I drive mostly highway and I am sure that helps, but wow I didnt expect that.

    Does Dealer know anything more than Robot Lady does?

    Dealership get the info from the internet verzion of the robot lady. They know just as much as you, I actually knew when my car was being built before the dealer because he didnt check it more than once every couple of days.

    Dead!!

    Had that problem off and on for two years on my 99, dealer never could figure it out. I ended up dateking to a friend who was very good with electrical stuff and he traced it to the radio draining the battery somehow, took it back to the dealer they replaced it and it has been good ever since...

    What does everyone here think about the SLP loudmouth exhaust? I had not heard of these until I joined this forum and I was wondering how they compare to flowmaster, magnaflow,exc......in respect to fit and finish, and sound? I have also noticed that these are cheaper than going with the other...

    There is no way you have to retune for an air filter!!! If this were true every time the stock one got dirty and you replaced it you would have to retune?

    Dropped a K&N in over the weekend and havent noticed a good reaction or bad. Car still feels the same. I certainly wouldn't expect a check engine light because of an air filter change? What did you mean by vapor trap still intact?

    Thanks guys, mine was built last week but the wierd thing is the dealer also had a silver one that was built at the end of march and it worked in it. My owners manual does not even have the option listed in it so I guess maybe they did discontinue it.

    I know this was touched on in another thread but I think it may have been erased in the crash. I remember reading that for some of you your key fob window down feature did not work until you programed it. If anyone has any info on this please let me know.

    Its not supposed to burn oil, if you wanted something that does I would suggest you go with a german car. :lol:

    Need opinion on Shaker 1000/500...

    I have been in cars with both and the 1000 has a lot more bass if that is what you are interested in. I got the 500 and it is just as loud and clear but with less bass. Both good sounding radio's, but as I have read in this forum there have been some problems with both.
