    Strut tower brace

    I replaced mine with bolts from Home Depot. It has been so long that I wouldn't gather a guess as to their size. If you have none around... any decent hardware store should do.

    I ran mac lt with the stock t-5. Had to dimple the mac and grind a little off the clutch fork area... this is a 10 year old memory, so I don't remember anything other mods... running bbk lt and tremec now. Hope this helps. :flag:

    I've been running this unit for 8+ years... I am as happy with it now as I was then... Though I do wish in hindsight that I got the rev limiter version... but if you use a tuner, then you should be fine. :flag:

    Alright... Just installed mine... I have yet to street test it... but I have a great idle at 750. Since my h/c/i install in '99, I have had to keep my idle around 900 to keep it from stalling. Just in my garage I already notice a difference. I will keep you posted as soon as I street test...

    painting rusty drilled and slotted rotors

    I have zinc coated cross drilled/slotted rotors. installed in '99. Eventually, the zinc coating began to look crappy. I use a sponge brush to dab high heat silver paint works great, lasts, and is easy to touch up with the tires on (plus no over spray :D).

    I had a similar experience in that after shipping my car from Hawaii to Florida, it suffered about $2500 in damage.... lucky for me that I received a check to cover most of the damage... but not all.

    reparing a tear in leather

    I had a stereo installed in my stang in 95. They made a small tear in the process. I had them repair it. They had a guy come out and repair it on the spot. It works... with the right product. Now its 11 years later and that part of the seat is holding up better than the rest.

    I just went through this myself... My front was 3" lower than stock...(~1.5" springs + 1.5" k-member) WAY too low. I couldn't find any spacers myself. I ended up putting the stock springs on the front... to raise it up 1.5". Eibach pro are supposed to only lower 1.5". Which mine did for...
