    Fuel Pump Problems ???

Ok so you changed the filter then the problem occurred?? Double check your install. Also 200 bucks for a pump is nuts it's a 99 right? returnless fuel system? If so just get a svt focus pump they are usually right at 100 bucks and flow alot more fuel than the stock one if you do in fact need a...

Personally, I'd keep the mach then again I'd also take any leftover money and put it straight to the house loan. ie any left after making repairs/improvements.

    New shocks. What to get?

The dspec's are the ones I have be eyeing just for the reasons you listed. If however the majority of the time the car will be daily driven/autocrossed, you might want to think about the bilstiens, unless you know how to adjust a suspension. There are tokico's on my mom's civic, the 5ways...

    What is What??

Shorties - Can retain midpipe, ie you can put the cats on if need be, will have ZERO clearance issues, can install and remove tranny just as if they weren't there. May or maynot pick up power. I gained 20rwhp with FRPP shorties. Mid's - Limited selection of mid pipes, limited selection of...

    Need a recommendation for 02 GT shocks/springs

I'm on prokits springs with the stock dampeners. IMO gives a nice subtle drop. I carry tons of junk in the car. Heck when I go out of town to go racing. I have a full set of tires, full size jack, stands, impact, 2 nitrous bottles, video gear, 2 helmets, fire jacket, cooler with drinks, and...

    15" or 17" Drag Radials...which size?

15x8 works well. IMO a 26" tire is good N/A with 4.10's and using stock rev limiter.

    15" or 17" Drag Radials...which size?

I've had 275/40/17 bfg dr's they were ok but it was either they hooked or they blew off. I'd suggest a 15" rim and tire for drag racing, gives you more sidewall to flex and help launch the car. I run a 26x10.5/15 et street ( the bias plys) for drag racing, and driving around on sometimes...

    Give me one good reason

I guess if your the "typical" mustang owner. ie the ones that just drive the car, then what's the point. But if yor going to really DRIVE the car then a quality aftermarket shifter is a great investment. With the MGW you can position it where you want it. Ie. hand off wheel on knob not...

This is what im buying when i graduate in 9 months

Chevelle's are easy to drive everday, screw fuel injection, carbs work great. Now braking, if it's the 4 wheel drum brakes, takes a lil getting used to. But all the slight problems are easy to correct, power disk brakes and a lil firming up of the suspension and they are great cars.
