    I highly discourge the idea of welding the xpipe to the headers. Weather it be shorties or LT's. Odds are you will have to drop the exhaust for something in the future and then your hosed. I would cut down the xpipe ( only because you've already destroyed resale value), and then welding ends...

    Heads, cams, and LT's with a good tune should be acheiveable. Personally if your staying NA. I wouldn't do an intake swap. From what I've read the average increase is 5rwhp, but how much weight do you add to the front of the car. Not to mention it is up high too.

    Well mine did the same thing, took the IAC off and hosed it down. 1st time didn't really notice and improvement. 2nd time I went wild with the cleaner, and guess what has worked great since. If you have an aftermarket TB. check and verify blade isn't hanging on the plenum.

    If your really wanting to maximize everything I suggest writing all data on the timeslip you can and either keep a log book or file. I input all my runs into a spreadsheet so I can see what is helping and what isn't. BTW I think the 60's your getting on street tires are great.

    When I had basically the same setup I went 12.5's. Get that 60' down a lil more and spray it good, also I suggest checking bottle pressure after the run to see how much drop your getting going down the track.

    It varies widely by tuner, you and how well your car response to it. Example. While I only picked up 1 rwhp on the peak. I picked up 9rwhp under the peak and 10ftlbs of torque across the board.
