    245/50 rubbed on my front upper control arms when I had the ponies on, but those are a 16in wheel, so it's probably different.

    motor turns over too easily for the breaker bar method..I guess we could try the flywheel bolts one..we tried holding one of the bolts while the other would give it a quick jerk, but it didn't work. care to go more in depth, if possible, on how to do the two bolt method? we don't wanna break...

    flywheel's off, too. all that's on there are the pistons/rods, crank, timing chain cover, balancer, and crank pulley. think we'll be able to get it back on while it's on the stand?

    ..with engine on stand(dumb, I know, I know). Well, my buddy and I pulled his motor, almost everything is off, but now we're stumped on how to get the balancer bolt off w/o the engine in the car/hooked up to the tranny. We tried using an impact, but it's not working. Any ideas? Thanks

    Fords two new cylinder heads?? anybody seen these yet?

    my buddy can get some Xs with some bowl work, port work, a nice valve job w/ferrara valves, a nice set of springs, but w/some bad seals for around 900, how's that sound? think they'd be good for a car w/a 306, blower, track heat intake, and a cam we haven't decide on yet(due to the heads)

    make sure your flowtubes aren't gettin in the way when you're pulling on it..mine were, eventhough it didn't look like it.

    autolites or motorcraft. most like autolites, I bought motorcrafts and didn't have a problem.

    Damn motor mount

    Nah, we're doing some engine bay work(wire hiding, possibly painting) and it's gettin a blower and intake. Did you have to drop the pan when u replaced the rear main?
