Passenger side tire sticking out--BFG 315/30/17

A half inch off isn't much, Ford's manufacturing tolerences are not that tight for the body. As long as all of the suspension mounting points are straight and true, you've had a recent alignment and no major wrecks, then I wouldn't worry about it. If you start messing with your suspension...

    Where to buy FRPP online?

Anybody sell FRPP online? I'm looking for part# M-4202-T28 (or T31) It's the Torsen T-2 diff. anybody have any idea where I can get it? I tried to e-mail Reider racing with some questions about it, all they did was add me to their mailing list. That kinda pissed me off, now I don't want...

    Ford C-Springs

I've got em'. They ride pretty good, C's aren't that big of a change in spring rate from stock. I would recommend at least cutting 1/2 coil off the rear springs and adding after market shocks and struts. You can live with just the springs, but I noticed a little extra "bounce" at the...

Faulty Low Fuel Warning..Symptom of bigger problem?

Could be a short. New car, low miles... that's when you get all the gremlins. If it happens again take it back to the dealer. Just make sure you document what happened, when, and under what circumstances. I really wouldn't worry too much about it unless it becomes a cronic problem, but in...

Faulty Low Fuel Warning..Symptom of bigger problem?

Where did you get your gas? We've had a problem around Kentucky here lately with high sulfer content in the gas. Ashland Oil has admited to the problem and is willing to reimburse individuals that have had to fix their cars. The high sulfer content has been leaving deposits on the gas level...

    P0442 Leak in EVAP...

P0442 Leak in Evaporative System Detected. My SES light came on about half way to work this morning, so when I got off work I stopped by autozone so they could pull the code. Isn't this the code for a loose gas cap? I did the basic checks, even filled the tank, but I couldn't find...

    1999-2004 Clear Foglights Before/After?

Where did you guys order from? I followed the link above to velocitymustang, and I also found www.procarparts.com, but is there another place on line? I'm doing a face lift, so I figured that now is the time to replace the fogs.

    Hawk Pads. SQUEAKING?

Most performance pads will have some noise, if it's a constant squeal then you might want to redo the job and try again. If you want quiet and clean, then stay with OEM.

G-Force T-5: Synchro'd, Dog Ring Straight Cut, or Helical Cut Dog Ring?? Which 1????

Straight cut gear will be loud, notchy and should be used for racing purposes. The helical cut gears are street friendly and offer a quieter and smoother operation. MM&FF or 5.0 did a write-up on them several months ago, maybe a year, it's been awhile and I'm just going from memory.

    Reider Racing differential

Anybody use a worm gear type differential in their car? I like the idea of not having clutch packs in the rear end, and I don't want/need a drag racing style differential. The idea of not having to replace my trac-lock clutch paks every 10-15k miles sounds great. So, gimme your experience...

    Strange Brown Goo?

oil break down, happens to the best of us. I think yours might be a bit extreme, but just check out an old oil pan and you'll think your problem is nothing. Do you run your car hard?

Bilstein Shocks - Where to Buy?

I bought mine about a year ago from Bimmerparts.com. I don't know if they still have the lowest prices or not, but they were the cheapest when I bought my Bilsteins.

This ruined more than my night...

I'm sure it can be welded, it might even be stronger, but the question is, will you trust it? Would you trust a damaged rim going down the highway at 75mph? I'd get it repaired and use it as a full size spare. Just my .02

Now that winters almost over, I find this...

I'm not worried about the engine starting, I'm worried about my own comfort. I figured this would save a few minutes on warm-up time. No idle time for warm-up ='s less chance of theft, with or without the doors locked. Just jump in, start the car, let the oil circulate, and you should...
