    Some chains come with warnings that the block might have to be clearanced to run this chain. I fit is not touching and it is just close then I would not worry about it.

    +1 for check vac leaks. A can of starter fluid works great also. When you spray the starter fluid the vac leak will suck it in and the car will idle up.
