    guage wiring help

    If you pull your gauge cluster out there is a wire that is pink with a black tracer in the right side wire harness that is a switched 12 volt source. you can tap into that. The ground can bond right to steel behind the gauge cluster.

    I would think that it would choke the motor and stall before it would destory your cams. But that just my opinion.

    The reason that you should not run your car off of the alternator is that you can get voltage spikes that can fry electronics. The battery also acts as a surge surpressor.

    It sounds like you alternator is going bad. Check your voltage gauge when you turn you AC on or when the fan goes on. If the voltage drops way down then it could be your alternator.

    Just installed an o/r prochamber and have a few problems

    My prochamber did the samething and it was made for my car. I was able to get the studs out with vice grips. It was hard to do but i got them out. Good luck!

    I took the studs out of the manifold and got bolts with lock washers from home depot it worked great.

    Go with a Vortech Tuner kit. My buddy had a Tune from vortech and got it dynoed this weekend, the car was running way lean he is lucky that he did not blow it up!
