    Any nice shift knobs?

I have to agree with the MGW, especially since they've changed the medallion on the top. Or, you could do what I did. Buy a Bullitt and custom paint the numbers. I did mine with my car's Mineral Grey touch-up paint and painted the R red.

    Bullit owners,come in

60K? Tell him to go wild. He has a great platform with the special intake, suspension and brakes. He's already burnt up any collectible value with that kind of mileage.

Need long lasting tires for 18x9

Go to tirerack.com and compare the UTQG ratings on each tire's spec sheet. 300 and greater is a long-wearing performance tire. Most good touring tires (aka no traction, hard compound) are in the 600 range which means they'll last twice as long as a 300 tire.

    does anybody know.....? WHEELS

Hahaha. that guy took Classic Design Concept's Red Mach 1, photochopped it to a green color, and posted it on Cardomain as his own. Sad. I'd like to see the rest of this guy's site. Here's a pic of the real car. You can get those wheels from...

So what are these things made of anyway?

The hood isn't your typical fiberglass. Its a bunch of nondirectional glass fibers blended with a lot of plastic. Of course, that doesn't seem to make it any lighter, and if you've ever drilled into one, you know the dust makes you itch like glass does. The composition makes it easier to...

Anybody ever use EBC Sport rotors?

The price is comparable to a set of PowerSlots. The black, dimpled and slotted surface looks pretty funky. Not sure what it would look like behind a set of Bullitts. I'l bet black bullitts with red calipers would look great!

Not unless you have a set of 16" brakes to go behind them.

What Gas Station Do You Use?

If you ever worry about using old gas, midgrade is probably the worst to get. The most popular grade overall is obviously 87 which I would run unless you've increased compression, timing, or have a power adder. You might need a little extra octane in the summer to prevent knock, but you get...

    Brake upgrades

You could try the EBC GreenStuff or Hawk pads that seem to be so popular. And stainless lines as mentioned above.

    Real World Tires for GT

Why KDWS's. Do the KDW's wear out too fast? You definately don't need snow traction in Houston. If you got 40K out of the old ZR45's, I'd bet you could ride a KDW for quite a while.

Disconnecting Seatbelt Chime for 2002 GT

You guys with pre-02 mustangs don't understand. These new seatbelt warning chimes are a cross between a banshee and a foghorn. Ford figured out that the more annoying you make a warning alarm, the more someone will pay attention to it. They've done it with a lot of their new cars.

    Pro3i Pedals ..

I love them. Just a hint: It's actually easier to position your foot on the right half of the brake pedal as you're braking and simply roll your foot over to the gas to blip the throttle. I was never limber enough to do the true heel-toe and found myself unable to control how hard I hit the gas.

    Powered Subs

I've wanted to do the same thing and have been looking around for some time. The three options I've found: BassTube, various brands: I think these kinda suck. MTX ThunderForm: Come loaded with a 10" sub and a fairly decent amp. Tuned and ported box is contoured to fit against the right...
