Lowering Springs - Track times. Post em!

They feel like the stock ride other than when you floor the car the nose will lift. For $35 dollars you could try them out...if you don't like 'em toss 'em off a bridge. Mike

? about putting Welds on my car w/ 3" studs

I didn't realize that...if you can get away with it it's your choice. I've heard and witnessed people lose wheels before due to short studs on sticky tires. Mike

    Nitto Drag radials

They are both great tires. My bud Tony (FFW street stang champ) ran a 1.85 60' on 555 extremes with a 12 second slip. The drag radials can produce even better 60's with good driving. later. Mike

? about putting Welds on my car w/ 3" studs

3" studs are required (although overlooked most of the time) when running a weld wheel and slicks. The good news: pick up a pair of cheap 15X7" v6 mustang wheels and avoid all the bs. Mike

    Are spring Isolators Necessary?

You'll get a little bit more drop, maybe 1/4 an inch. I had all of mine out and ended up putting the rears back in due to severe metal on metal rubbing noise. Mike

    front/back sway bars removed

I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you have aftermarket lower control arms. Mike

    3.73 help

Jump on the highway and get your stang up to 80mph. If your RPM's are around 2750 or so you have 3.73's. If your RPM's are around 3000 you have 4.10's. Later, Mike

    Suspension dilemna!!!!(4 cylinder Fox Setup)

I can't give you an exact time, but they got better. I was running 1.9X's on street tires with the springs and dropped to 1.72's with the slicks and springs. Mike

    Suspension dilemna!!!!(4 cylinder Fox Setup)

Driving on the street is very similar to OEM -- you get a bit more body roll (barely noticable) and the noise lifts pretty good from a stop accompanied with hard accerleration. Be sure to only use the 4cyl springs up front and v8's in the rear (i cut rears 1 1/4 coil or so). Here are some pics...
