    HC's are unburned fuel, but if you were rich CO would be high too. Advancing the timing at idle and raising the idle speed would help. The cams are likely the cause. If you're missfiring at idle that will also cause high HC.

    Less tire pressure isn't always better. Try going up in pressure. Ever tried pushing a car with a low tire?

    Just to clarify. If your talking 1 3/8 front to tires compared to rear tires, that would be true. If you mean 1 3/8 compared to stock, that doesn't matter. It's the difference in wheel speed that the abs sees, while driving, front compared to rear, that's important.

    It's true. There is some tolerance, but how much i couldn't say for sure. The abs monitors the wheel speeds, and if they are consistantly different it will see it as a fault and set codes. If the diameters are pretty close though, no worries.

    Nu Finish

    Nu-finish put swirl marks in the paint on my 74 Mustang II, the after that the paint faded. If your paint is in good condition just use a good quality non abrassive wax. Meguires, Mothers or my favorite, Simonise carnuba. The Simonise does last a year plus, for me and the shine is awsome.

    If it's a reusable filter you can get a k&n service kit and clean it and reoil it. sounds like it's got way too much oil on it and that'll restrict the air flow and contaminate the maf sensor. so you'll have to clean the maf sensor too. You might have to replace the maf sensor. If you can't...
