    Whining fuel pump???

I've got a 95 GT convertible that I have owned since it was brand new.(And now has only 5,100 miles on it.) The fuel pump on my car has been noisy since it was new so I don't think it is anything to worry about. Mark :D

    5.0 vs. 4.6

Hey, Nothing on my "OLD" 95 GT Mustang needs replacing. Maybe it's because it only has 5,100 miles on it. LOL  :rlaugh: :rlaugh: :rlaugh:

    Proud new owner of 95GT

:D :D Congratulations on your "Stang". One suggestion: Keep it as original as you can(if that is the way you like them). I bought my Rio Red vert in 95 and it now has just a tick over 5,000 miles on it. It will keep it's original parts and it's place in my garage as long as I'm alive. Mark

Have you had to replace your rag top yet?

Caldwell, the one on my 95 "vert" seems to be fine but it might be due to the fact that it only has 5,000 miles on it. Sorry, I'm sure I'll have to face this same thing some day but I don't relish the thought of it at all!!!!! Mark :(

is the 95 model year as reliable as the 96?

No, not kidding!!!! 4,965 original miles!!!! I also have a 1988 Lincoln Town Car that has just turned 100,000 miles and still runs great, a 2002 Ranger "Edge" 4x4 regular cab(everyday driver) and a 2001 Ford 150 "Lightning" with (and this is correct also) 1,713 miles. I also bought this truck...

is the 95 model year as reliable as the 96?

I'm hoping mine will last me the rest of my driving life. I bought it new in 1995 and it now has 4,965 miles on it. It's a Rio Red body with a white top and white leather interior GT that I bought new in May 1995. It sure is a great car. Mark :D :D :D

How desireable do you think 94-95 GT/Cobra's will be in the future?

I sure hope you're right!! It sure makes my 95 GT convertible( Rio Red with white leather interior and loaded with options) with an original 4,965 miles on it (and completely stock down to the battery) look pretty good!!!! Mark :D

    Total Recall

Took my Mustang in two years ago to have this recall taken care of. I bought this car new in 1995. It is a Rio Red convertible GT with white leather interior and a five speed transmission. Anyway, the car was functioning perfectly until.............(by the way it only had 4000 miles on it) the...

    insurance sucks

Well, I can honestly say that the only good thing about getting older is that car insurance does seem to get cheaper. :D I paid $590 last year to insure my 95 GT convertible(with 4965 miles) but the kicker is that my 2001 "Lightning" only cost $508 for the same coverage. Not that I'm...

    Insurance

Coverage for my 95 convertible is $575 for a year for full coverage which is about $50 more than for my 2001 Lightning. Does that make sense to anyone?
