    The Mcleod kevlar twin disk is best Ive delt with, but you will have to trim the input shaft collar on the tranny about 3/8", so that it doesnt hang up on the second disk...The complete package comes with either a billet steel or aluminum FW which you have to purchase...youll be looking at...

    A complete valve job to the heads would definately be in order especially if youre going with a new set of valves....As for the stock springs, they are quaility pieces, and just as long as you limit the lift numbers to .465 you will be fine..the 4v benefits more from duration than lift...DA...

    flywheel bolts = 65 ftlb Pressure plate bolts = 28 ftlb Make sure and purchase new grade 8 pp bolts and use loctite on both the FW and PP bolts...DA snake boy!!!

    Hopefully your block doesnt have a hole, but Id say you have a sprocket, timing chain or tensioner issue :notnice: ....youre gonna have to remove the timing and valve covers to see the extent of the damage...DA snake boy!!

    No way!!! If it was a 99-04 2V'r then it would be an interesting race...When my 1998 4V'r was bone stock I was able to pull a 13.6 at 101.58. The 96-98 GT's are lucky to pull low 15's bone stock...DA snake boy!!

    I highly suggest in going with the ARP head studs, plus youll be able to re-use them unlike the Ford TY head bolts. Also the ARP's are about the same price. If you decide to go with the ARP's make sure you chase the threads in the block...DA snake boy!!
