    best shifter?

    Wow......now those are some short shifts. The reach doesn't look bad either and you have the shorter (blue) arm on there. I had a tri-ax...sold it. I was gonna go with a Pro 5.0, but this is supposed to be the best...I'm getting one.

    Texas Emissions Laws

    This looks like a DFW thread to me, so I guess I'll jump in....I live in The Colony but I plan on either SLP LT's and x-pipe or Hooker LT's and x-pipe. If I get the SLP I'll get the cats with it, but put on the race pipes for daily driving until inspection. I also want to do cams after that...

    SLP Catless today

    Please tell me you have a sound clip of your car. I've been looking for a sound clip of the SLP LT's on a GT (or full SLP exhaust for that matter) for awhile. I'm also planning on going with the CompCams 270's as well.

    Exhaust ?'s

    I'm wondering if anyone has any experience or sounds clips of the SLP LT headers? Also has anyone used their x-pipe with cats? I'm interested, but I heard that they hang low....don't hold me to that though.

    God I love your car. I want to do LT's & x-pipe and then hopefully the same cams you have. What do you do for a tune on your car after the cam install? Also did you do the install yourself or a shop? If shop...how much?

    relocating the battery

    Bump, I'm totally interested in this as well and have been pondering it for awhile. My car doesn't sit completely even, and I think relocating the battery would do wonders. I like the Steeda kit, but $200?

    I'm definitely thinking about LT's now, but THIS was definitely one of my concerns. I don't plan on going with Mac though, so are there any other brands I need to be aware of with starter clearance??? :shrug:

    Hmmmmmmm, maybe I need to give DM a call as well? I'm curious of the individual breakdown of all of those exhaust components installs.....mainly just the header install though??? I haven't changed out my mid-pipe yet because I still don't know if I'll do LT's someday?
